The Jeep was tore down in 1978 to put the new body on and has been sitting ever since. This not a comlete Jeep. It is a good frame, springs, dana 30 and 44 with 3.73 gear, pedals, and a new fiberglass body and one peice fiberglass front clip. The body has no holes on it except for 2 bolts that hold it to the frame the pedal assembly. The front clip has not had the headlamp holes cut or the grille slots. The body was cvered with a tarp for most of its life but not entirely so there is some chalking of the gelcoat but would not be an issue as long as it was sanded and painted. I would like to get $1500 for all of the previously mentioned parts but I am open to offers. I also have good running 360, TF727, and a dana 300 for it avalible if that was the route of build you would want to take. 507-438-9237.

near new tires for sale

I need to get rid of two sets of tires.
1990 Comanche Eliminator (Shortbox)
4.0L with the newer cherokee cooling system (Radiator has pressure cap)
21 spline AW4 (Swapped in by me)
NP242 transfercase - Swapped in by me so that the truck could be driven in 4wd fulltime in the winter.

Rubicon tires and rims - tires have pretty good tread on them, rims have trail rash
8.8 disc brake rear and non disconnect D30 with 4.10 gears
CD player and amplifier - has some wiring issues at the fusebox, so it doesn't always work.

Bedliner and bed storage box.
Bike/Kayak rack in bed

New floor pans were put in last year and herculined before reinstalling carpet, but like most comanche/cherokees there is still a lot of rust.

New cab corners were put in last year.

Surface rust - yup, lots of it.

The bad stuff:
Brake fluid leak caused some damage to the fuse panel. As a result there have been some electrical issues.

CPS connector is goofy - every month or so the truck won't start. Unplugging and replugging the CPS fixes the problem. I could just solder the wires and eliminate the issue.

Bed - if there is a straight spot on it, I can't find it.

There are a lot of pictures here of the truck and the things that have been done to it. We've owned it for almost 2 years, put a fair amount of work into it and it has been a good truck.
http://www.mn-jeep.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12641&highlight=comanche
